D\u00e1le bychom mohli charakterizovat vytrvalost jako soubor p\u0159edpoklad\u016f cvi\u010dit p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed intenzit\u011b po co nejdel\u0161\u00ed dobu nebo p\u0159i maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed intenzit\u011b po ur\u010ditou dobu. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, vytrvalost je schopnost organismu sn\u00e1\u0161et z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e co nejd\u00e9le nebo p\u0159i nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 intenzit\u011b, dokud po\u017eadovan\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 v\u00fdkonu neklesne v\u00fdrazn\u011b pod stanovenou hranici.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vytrvalost<\/strong> pro na\u0161e \u00fa\u010dely <strong>m\u016f\u017eeme rozd\u011blit na obecnou vytrvalost a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed vytrvalost<\/strong>.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obecnou vytrvalost lze ch\u00e1pat jako v\u00fdkon dlouhodob\u00fdch pohybov\u00fdch aktivit n\u00edzk\u00e9 intenzity bez sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdkonnosti. Lze ji pova\u017eovat za z\u00e1klad pro rozvoj speci\u00e1ln\u00ed vytrvalosti. B\u011bhem z\u00e1pasu se projevuje n\u00edzkou intenzitou pohyb\u016f, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 75 % pohybov\u00e9 aktivity hr\u00e1\u010de v z\u00e1pase.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed vytrvalost lze ch\u00e1pat jako prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed specifick\u00fdch pohyb\u016f b\u011bhem z\u00e1pasu, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m poskytuj\u00ed efektivn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vznikl\u00fdch hern\u00edch situac\u00ed a zabra\u0148uj\u00ed rychl\u00e9mu vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed organismu. I z tohoto hlediska m\u016f\u017eeme konstatovat, \u017ee rozli\u0161ujeme pojmy: z\u00e1kladn\u00ed vytrvalost, tempov\u00e1 vytrvalost a rychlostn\u00ed vytrvalost.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Aerobn\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro pr\u00e1ci sval\u016f hr\u00e1\u010de je nezbytn\u00e9, aby byly z\u00e1sobov\u00e1ny kysl\u00edkem. Aerobn\u00ed metabolismus, tj. produkce energie pro svaly za p\u0159\u00edtomnosti kysl\u00edku, hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i regenera\u010dn\u00edch procesech b\u011bhem z\u00e1pasu. \u010c\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je \u00farove\u0148 tohoto v\u00fdkonu, t\u00edm rychleji je t\u011blo fotbalisty schopno regenerovat a je p\u0159ipraveno na dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e v krat\u0161\u00edm \u010dase. V\u00edme, \u017ee hr\u00e1\u010d za z\u00e1pas uraz\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost 8 a\u017e 12 km. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee tato vzd\u00e1lenost je celkov\u00e1, tak\u017ee zahrnuje ch\u016fzi, b\u011bh nebo sprint. To lze vyj\u00e1d\u0159it pom\u011brem: pom\u011br aktivit s vysokou a\u017e maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed intenzitou k aktivit\u00e1m s n\u00edzkou intenzitou je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1:10. Tato skute\u010dnost n\u00e1m ukazuje, jak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je b\u00fdt na z\u00e1pas dob\u0159e p\u0159ipraven. Jedn\u00edm z ukazatel\u016f aerobn\u00ed vytrvalosti je VO2 Max. Jedn\u00e1 se o hodnotu maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed spot\u0159eby kysl\u00edku v mililitrech na 1 kilogram t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti za 1 minutu. Podrobn\u011bji se j\u00ed budeme v\u011bnovat pozd\u011bji v \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Anaerobn\u00ed v\u00fdkon<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je charakterizov\u00e1na jako schopnost vykon\u00e1vat fyzickou aktivitu za podm\u00ednek, kdy v t\u011ble hr\u00e1\u010de doch\u00e1z\u00ed k nerovnov\u00e1ze, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z hlediska nedostatku kysl\u00edku ve svalech a dal\u0161\u00edch energetick\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, ani\u017e by se sn\u00ed\u017eila \u00fa\u010dinnost vykon\u00e1van\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 aktivity. Jde o prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed pohybu ve vysok\u00e9 intenzit\u011b, kter\u00fd zp\u016fsobuje vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed nahromad\u011bn\u00fdch, p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch energetick\u00fdch z\u00e1sob v t\u011ble a to je nem\u016f\u017ee dostate\u010dn\u011b doplnit, resyntetizovat. Zde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k rychl\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b prost\u0159ed\u00ed v t\u011ble fotbalisty a pohyb mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b zastaven nebo mus\u00ed b\u00fdt sn\u00ed\u017eena intenzita jeho proveden\u00ed.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anaerobn\u00ed vytrvalost lze z hlediska energetick\u00e9ho pokryt\u00ed rozd\u011blit na:<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li>Alakt\u00e1t &#8211; doba trv\u00e1n\u00ed od 5 do 20 sekund<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Glykolytick\u00fd (lakt\u00e1tov\u00fd) &#8211; s dobou trv\u00e1n\u00ed od 20 sekund do 3 minut. Zde se kolem 45 sekund objevuj\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity (svalov\u00e1 ztuhlost, \u0161patn\u00e1 koordinace pohyb\u016f, probl\u00e9my s d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm) v d\u016fsledku zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kyselosti v t\u011ble &#8211; hromad\u011bn\u00ed lakt\u00e1tu, kter\u00fd je produktem procesu anaerobn\u00ed glykol\u00fdzy ze svalov\u00e9ho a jatern\u00edho glykogenu.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e1roky na hr\u00e1\u010de v dne\u0161n\u00edm z\u00e1pase jsou vysok\u00e9 a jsou zalo\u017eeny na vysok\u00e9 frekvenci v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch pohyb\u016f. Tepov\u00e1 frekvence je hodnota, kterou je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zn\u00e1t i z hlediska regenerace b\u011bhem tr\u00e9ninku nebo po n\u011bm. O srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvenci si pov\u00edme v\u00edce v dal\u0161\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku na na\u0161em blogu.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VO2 max.<\/h3>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To je maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed rychlost spot\u0159eby kysl\u00edku na\u0161\u00edm t\u011blem. \u010c\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je jeho hodnota, t\u00edm v\u00edce kysl\u00edku se p\u0159i d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do sval\u016f. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce kysl\u00edku se dostane do sval\u016f, t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je aerobn\u00ed v\u00fdkon. Teoreticky se jedn\u00e1 o mno\u017estv\u00ed spot\u0159ebovan\u00e9ho kysl\u00edku v mililitrech na kilogram t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti za minutu.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vyu\u017eit\u00ed VO2 max tedy souvis\u00ed s intenzitou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee a tak\u00e9 s \u00farovn\u00ed dosa\u017een\u00ed anaerobn\u00edho prahu. T\u011blo hr\u00e1\u010de je schopno prov\u00e1d\u011bt pohybov\u00e9 aktivity v tr\u00e9ninku nebo v z\u00e1pase s n\u00edzkou intenzitou pomoc\u00ed aerobn\u00edho metabolismu (tuky, cukry). P\u0159i aktivit\u00e1ch s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed intenzitou, nad 50 % prahu VO2 max (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 130 tep\u016f za minutu), se za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed uplat\u0148ovat procesy anaerobn\u00ed glykol\u00fdzy. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k zapojen\u00ed rychle \u0161kubaj\u00edc\u00edch se svalov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken, kde se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 tvo\u0159it kyselina ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e1, kter\u00e1 se disociuje na lakt\u00e1t a pronik\u00e1 do t\u011bln\u00edch tekutin. Intenzita, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e pohyb p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 b\u00fdt v\u00fdhradn\u011b anaerobn\u00ed, se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 aerobn\u00ed pr\u00e1h. Zde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k odbour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed lakt\u00e1tu v m\u00e9n\u011b zapojen\u00fdch svalech a srde\u010dn\u00edm svalu. Pokud p\u0159ekyselen\u00ed organismu lakt\u00e1tem p\u0159es\u00e1hne schopnost organismu tyto \u0161kodliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky odbour\u00e1vat, dojde k naru\u0161en\u00ed dynamick\u00e9 rovnov\u00e1hy v t\u011ble &#8211; p\u0159i hodnot\u011b lakt\u00e1tu 4 mmol\/l nast\u00e1v\u00e1 anaerobn\u00ed pr\u00e1h.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed VO2 max zp\u016fsobuje lep\u0161\u00ed regeneraci. P\u0159i tr\u00e9ninku zvy\u0161ujeme jeho hodnotu, pokud pauzy trvaj\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 90 sekund nebo d\u00e9le. Hodnota VO2 max je do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e1. M\u016f\u017eeme ji ovlivnit a\u017e o 30 %.  <strong>Pro fotbalistu je VO2 max nad 70 % irelevantn\u00ed.<\/strong>  Testov\u00e1n\u00edm m\u016f\u017eeme ur\u010dit z\u00e1kladn\u00ed hodnotu VO2 max. hr\u00e1\u010di. Hodnoty anaerobn\u00edho prahu se pohybuj\u00ed v rozmez\u00ed intenzity 65 a\u017e 90 % VO2 max. kdy je dosa\u017eeno tepov\u00e9 frekvence 160 a\u017e 180 tep\u016f za minutu p\u0159i vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9m spalov\u00e1n\u00ed makro\u017eivin tuk\u016f = cukr\u016f s aktivac\u00ed obou typ\u016f svalov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken (rychl\u00e1 + pomal\u00e1) s hodnotou lakt\u00e1tu v krvi 4 mmol\/l.
